Welcome to

Wellmeadow House is an established and thriving Community Hub in the centre of the rural town of Blairgowrie in Eastern Perthshire. We work in partnership with many external agencies to provide vital services to young people and the wider community within the rural locality.

Located over 3 floors the premises accommodates a dedicated youth space on the basement level, known as The Den. The main floor houses a fully equipped kitchen and café facility and the top floor comprises staff offices and a digitally equipped meeting room. Both the kitchen/café area and meeting room are available for hire and widely used by local community groups, statutory services as well as private business organisations.
