Community Connections is a project based at Wellmeadow House in Blairgowrie which aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness in the local area.
By providing social groups and activities the project aims to provide support, improve social contact and enable local people to become more connected within their own community.
At the moment we provide a number of services to the local community, including:
Monday Warm Space
Relaxing space for children, teens and adults with free food and hot drinks.
IT Drop-In Sessions
A weekly drop-in for the community to gain assistance from SCYD’s young volunteers around technology.
